Team Talk Odette! #111- My Love For Yoga

Hello

When I was training to become a ballet dancer, I practiced pilates and yoga as part of the schedule at my ballet school.

I believe it helped improved my dancing and gave me a stronger core stability.

Sometimes, in the holidays, I would follow ballerina Darcey Bussell's pilates DVD.

Recently, I began taking yoga classes again and realised how much I love it. It is extremely satisfying to relax, stretch and strengthen your muscles.
