Unusual bruising NEW

So i am 14 years of age and have had prior experience with ballet in particular before i got promoted. I am very new to pointe and on the back of my right achiles and i don't know why! Is this common?

This week I went on pointe for the first time in Bloch Hannah, and whenever I go onto my box it hurts a lot. Obviously this might be normal, but after my first class my toenail turned purple and it hurts to go on demi-pointe (in flat and on pointe) and even walk. In my shoe, my big toe touches the end of the box, so whenever I walk regularly in my pointe shoes, it hurts. It still hurts to go on demi-pointe in the shoe. I don’t know whether the problem is that the shoe is too hard or not. I’d love to hear your advice and see what you think about my situation. Thank You!
