Team Talk Odette! #101 - Improve Your Flexibility

Not all dancers are naturally incredibly flexible. Mostly, everyone has good range of flexibility, but each dancer has to work to get their muscles more supple.

It can take as little as 15 minutes to make sure the muscles are stretched out and ready to go.
