It's really important to maintain your body and look after your muscles to get the best out of yourself in ballet classes.

If you are sore, then make sure you take the time to stretch out. Or if you feet are hurting from pointe work, then try putting the cold shower head on both feet to help them recover.

You can also keep your body shape by strengthening and exercising in the right ways. There are some key equipment most professional ballet dancers use daily to keep their body ready to go.
