Team Talk Odette! #128 - Tips for Success Week 2
October 28, 2013
Hello

Last week, I gave you one of the key tips for success and improving in ballet. Now, I will give you another piece of advice which will push your technique to the next level and progress you forward.

The key is to be consistent. This means, you aim for your technique to be the same if not better in every single ballet class.

Many of the steps in ballet have to be practiced over and over again in order to execute it accurately.

Therefore, if you get into the habit of using your muscles the same it each time, it will get into your muscle memory and eventually build the strength to do it like a professional.

This tip for success is a lot to do with your physical approach to ballet.

If you have my eBook on physicality, then read over it again. If not, look here to get it for only $2.99 -

It would be great for you to keep a ballet diary or journal to remember these tips for success, as I will be revealing many more over the next few weeks.

Best wishes,

Odette

P.S - The quote of the day is: "A consistent man believes in destiny, a capricious man in chance."
