Team Talk Odette! #143 - Secret Tips To Flexibility

Many ballet dancers ask me how to increase their flexibility and improve on ballet positions like side splits or arabesque.

Luckily I cover this topic through many pages on my website, as I have a lot of advice to give, so make sure you have a browse around on these pages -

However, my main tip for you now is to remember flexibility takes long term practice to see a difference. It takes time to achieve what you're aiming for and most importantly it takes strength.

Therefore, as you improve and get stronger in ballet your flexibility will gradually increase too.
