What does a ballerina keep in her ballet bag?

Well, there are definitely some main essentials which always have to stay in my ballet bag.

If you were going to have a sneak peak inside, you'd find - sewing kit, ouch pouches, therabands (for warming up and strengthening), water bottle, pen, ballet skirt, headphones, green tea bags, body spray, ballet flats and pointe shoes!

.... And, yes, my bag is always very heavy! But for 6 hours of dancing a day, you always need to be prepared.

You'll always find professional ballet dancers sewing, stretching, exercising or sleeping on any break they can get.
