Since I've been having a lot of dancers ask me how to improve their ballet jumps, I thought it would be a good time to highlight some key points.

Remember, you don't need to have a naturally high jump to see your leaps progress.

I didn't have a super high jump as a dancer and it didn't stop me becoming a professional.
