Grades and higher legs
by: Anonymous

Hi i've changed dance schools and i was wondering what are the 'grades' in ballet i've looked up different websites but it doesn't specify what in the levels. Also i was wondering what grade is the grade that starts pointe because my friends tell me it's grade 5 is it true?? I know it depends on are we capable of doing pointe.

Hi i've done some of the stretches that you've said and i've also done some from different sites and i just don't seem to be getting higher i've been getting my mum to help push my legs but it doesn't get my leg higher when you have to do the slow extending ones [forgot what they're called]. please help!!
