Pointe shoes are expensive, right? Do you ever wonder how you can make them cheaper?

Be clever with your shoes and you can be your own bargain.

You need to be smart with how you manage your shoes as that is the key to cheap pointe shoes.

Every dancer's pointe shoes will break down eventually because the material naturally softens under heat, usage and pressure. But if you listen to my simple tips we can all make our pointe shoes less expensive.

Little things such as rotating your shoes, letting your shoes dry out or using shellac can all make a difference to making them last longer.

Let me explain more about these simple tips here -


It can take a while until you find your "perfect pair", but it is valuable to keep searching until you find pointe shoes that complement your feet.

Your feet are constantly changing and developing, so don't be discouraged if you keep changing your opinion on your shoes, but be persistent.

Feel free and graceful in your pointe shoes. Imagine you are floating above the clouds and nothing or no one can stop you. You are invincible.
