Ballet dancers have to properly look after their feet by making sure all their shoes fit correctly. As a young dancer, your feet are constantly changing and developing so it is essential to be aware the shoes fit properly.

Especially for ballet pointe shoes, you have to really look after your feet. Pointe shoes are the most crucial shoes to get fitted correctly. Incorrect fitted shoes can cause painful blisters, sore feet and can also lead to bunions
