Career Development Plan - Should I Switch Studios? (Part 2)

I recently ask Odette if I should switch studios based on several reasons. I did a little research to compare the to studios and have seen that Studio B is indeed a better company. I want to thank Odette for giving me advice.

I have only two months left at this studio. The recital is in May and I have already paid for my costume. Should I stay for the recital or drop out now?

Hello Tristin,

Thank you for keeping in touch, it is great to hear from you.

I am very pleased my advice came in helpful to you, this gives me such joy - thank you Tristin.

I think you should stay for the recital. Firstly, you have already paid for you costume but more importantly, it gives you a performance opportunity. Gaining as much performance experience is crucial for every dancer because it prepares you for the professional world. Enjoy being in the limelight and express your passion for dance.

Two months is not a great amount of time, so make the most of these last moments and enjoy!

All the best,
