Ballet Exercises - Foot Stretcher from First Position Movie

Hello, in the First Position Movie, there was some equipment that one of the dancers was using. One thing looked liked a toe exerciser and the other one looked like a foot and ankle stretcher. Do you have any idea as to where to buy these items or how to search for them on the Internet or what their official names are?

Thank you for your message, it is great to hear from you. I have seen the movie First Position and I am such a great fan. It is so inspiring to see the journey of each young ballet dancer, but also the differences in each ones situation. I love it!

I am familiar with the foot and ankle stretcher, it is the one Aran Bell used in First Position. It looks like a long wooden block where you put on your pointed foot in and it stretches the arch.

I am sure that the proper name is just the Foot Stretcher. I have never used one myself, but I have seen a few in real life with professional dancers around the globe.

I know that you can purchase them on the internet from www.footstretch.com. There seems to be not a huge amount of other dance websites supplying them, but it is worth a good search before you do.
